Overview

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

However, we could replace items if they are defective/damaged or you get wrong items. If you need to exchange it due to these reasons, please send us an email at sales@colorblast.my and send your item to:

Returns & Refunds

We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented condition with all tags attached. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference. Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new item in good condition or other item with same purchased value will be send back to the customer.

Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product)

All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement. Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email/phone as soon as possible.
