Store (the “Site”). Color Blast Sdn. Bhd. (the “Merchant”) takes its obligation to guard your privacy seriously. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about the information that is collected about you, how the Company may use and disclose the information that is collected, and how information can be corrected or changed.

Color Blast Returns Policy

We do not provide refunds. You can only change for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented condition with all tags attached. If there are any price differences, you have to top up the difference. Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new item in good condition or other item with same purchased value will be send back to the customer.

Please fill in Return Form and you must contact us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 7 days of receiving your products. Our return policy is only applicable for defective and damaged item.

  • 3 days from arrival of package for local delivery.
  • 7 days from arrival of package for overseas delivery.

Refund

  • All customer refund will be given only in term of coupons.
  • No cash refund will allowed
  • We accept return (with conditions) but all refundable only valid in term of coupons.
  • Validation coupons only for one year.

Color Blast Delivery Charge

Buyer will bear the cost of deliveries, return and taxes if imposed. Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability.

Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product)

All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Online Department team and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement. Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.

The Site may provide links to other Web sites. Please be aware that once you leave the Site and enter another Web site, you may be subject to different privacy practices and policies over which the Merchant has no control and for which the Merchant is not responsible.
